I thought that since winter's coming, people might want to do more snow-themed works, so this is for all of you
It's focused on Photoshop, since that's what I use. If all the tools/effects are in programs like Opencanvas and Paint Shop Pro, however, it could still work for those programs
If you use the tutorial, please comment/fave ^_^ Also show me your work, because I'd love to see how it turns out
